In my current role,  I advise healthcare and nonprofit clients on engagement strategy. Using data, stakeholder feedback, and strategic asset mapping I guide service expansion and content approaches that increase participation and reach.

Non-Profit Executive Director

I guided staff and volunteers through organizational transition while standardizing a DEI-centered assistance grant program and negotiating 20+ statewide vendor contracts – all without disrupting service to 75,000+ members.

Clinical Research Patient Voice Leader

Changing appendicitis treatment, I embedded the patient and caregiver voice into study design and stakeholder communications for a $12.9M clinical trial, presented findings to national audiences, and co-authored results in JAMA Surgery, NEJM, and BMJ Open.

Statewide Patient Engagement Director
